Auto Customer Service AI is an online service that lets a business answer its customers' phone calls and text messages (SMS) with an AI assistant. The business writes its own information (services, prices, opening hours, policies), and the assistant answers callers and texters using that information.

How it works
- Create an account and write your business information.
- Top up your balance (from $5). New accounts get a small free credit to try the service.
- Customers reach your assistant through the shared number with your business PIN, or through a local number you can rent in your own country.
- Every call and SMS is listed in your dashboard so you can review what the assistant said.
What the assistant can and cannot do
- Answers are generated by AI from the information you provide. They can contain mistakes, so keep your information accurate and review your conversations.
- The assistant does not make payments, bookings or legally binding commitments on your behalf.
- Calls and texts depend on phone networks and carriers. Some countries restrict automated text messages, and US numbers must be registered (10DLC) before AI text replies are delivered.
