Refund & cancellation policy

Balance top-ups
- Your balance does not expire.
- You can get your whole remaining balance back at any time with the Refund my balance button on the Billing page of your account, when your balance is $5 or more. Below $5 the balance is not refunded.
- After you confirm, your balance is refunded to the card you paid with and your balance on the site becomes $0. You do not need to contact us.
- Card processing fee: our payment provider (Stripe) does not give back its card processing fee when a payment is refunded. That fee is deducted from the refund: for each payment being refunded, its share of the fee Stripe charged on that payment. The exact amount you will receive and the fee deducted are shown before you confirm.
- Balance already used for calls or SMS cannot be refunded.
- The free credit for new accounts has no cash value.
Local phone numbers
- If the carrier cannot deliver a number you paid for, you get a full refund automatically.
- Some countries require documents, which the carrier checks. You can see each document's status in your account and correct any declined item there. If the documents are not approved by the carrier's deadline (usually about 2 days), the number is cancelled automatically and your payment is refunded minus the card processing fee kept by our payment provider (Stripe).
- While a number is not activated yet (for example while its documents are being checked), you can press Refund next to it in your account: the order is cancelled and your payment is refunded minus the card processing fee kept by our payment provider (Stripe).
- Once a number is active it cannot be refunded. You can cancel its subscription at any time with Cancel subscription: from that moment the number stops working and cannot be used by you again, and no further monthly payments are taken. The current month is not refunded.
US SMS registration (10DLC)
If the registration is rejected, the fee is refunded.
When the money arrives
Refunds are sent to your card straight away and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If part of a refund cannot be sent to your card, that part is added back to your balance. Questions: a.a.m.m.abdelkhalek@gmail.com.
